Catherine is a research assistant for Global Food Systems and Policy Research. She is currently completing her MSc. in Global Health at McMaster University and is a recent graduate of the Arts and Science program at McMaster. She will be working with the team on a range of research activities related to equitable global health and improving food systems for anti-microbial resistance prevention. She is passionate about health equity and has a keen interest in population health and disease prevention.
