Catherine is a research assistant for Global Food Systems and Policy Research. She has completed her MSc. in Global Health and a Bachelors of Arts and Science at McMaster University. She will be working with the team on a range of research activities related to equitable global health and improving food systems for anti-microbial resistance prevention. She is passionate about health equity and has a keen interest in population health and disease prevention.
